This post is part of the A to Z Challenge. My theme for the month is A to Z of words in English with an Arabic origin.
It looks like it’s an animal week for me. The long-necked Giraffe is always a favourite for the children while at the zoo.
How has the A to Z Challenge been so far?
I love watching giraffes when we go to the zoo.

Keep ‘em coming!! These are such interesting tidbits, and also show how connected our global society is if we just give it a chance. Zarafa – there’s a Z word for some soul who can’t think of one!
Our similarities are far more than our differences. We forget this so often…

Have just discovered your blog in the A to Z – what a great theme you have going, very interesting! I love languages and how they are connected and have borrowed words from each other over the times.
